RKBob![]() ![]() from: Mt. Home, Arkansas | Hello. We've created a summary report and attached a graph. Report is defined as a grouping of customers by state. The resulting report looks like: Arizona - 5 Arkansas - 15 etc. The graph shows correctly. When defining the report, if we give it a filter such as: CustomerActive = Yes the resulting report is filtered correctly but the graph disappears. This is important because we don't want to have to see the distribution of ALL of our customers, just the active ones. If we take out the filter in the report definition, it again shows all customers and the graph re-appears. Please help. Thanks. Bob

ghost![]() ![]() ![]() from: Washington, DC | Question - what data type is the CustomerActive field and what kind of database are you using? If CustomerActive is one of the fields you selected in the first section - Select the fields you wish to display, try unchecking it. If this problem continues, email us a small sample of your data in (text, excel or access) format so we can test it. ------------------------- Ghost
