Just a suggestion from a user, we have found that if you are outside the firewall trying to access the application inside the firewall, we found that we had (in some cases) get two copies, one for the internal fileserver IP address, and then a second copy for the IP address for the router.

Thanks for the suggestion but it is internal at our school 2 people use it and it has been working.   I just said your free version has expired.  Guess the parents won't be getting their 6 week child's school report.  I am sure the kids won't mind.

We had another situation where we had a single user (out of an 18 person office) who started getting that "Free Version Expired" message, and nobody else - all within the same physical office.  Found out she was networked to a different switch, that went through a different fileserver (obviously a different static IP address for the second fileserver), and that was what was causing just her workstation to hit the "Free Version Expired" error message.

Just a thought.

I'll talk to one of the other guys here tomorrow am & see if he's got any other bright ideas...

Good luck.

Apparently, it is just an expiration issue because the same thing happened almost a year ago today.  Any help is appreciated though.
Thanks
