cidnet since: Feb 11, 2008 from: Chicago | I have purchased a copy of the control for a static ip. The configuration I have is a server behind a router. The router is the static IP and the server has a local address. The problem is my client is accessing it locally and wants to know why it stills says "Free Version"! Can this thing be configured to run locally and 1 static IP? Keith

ghost from: Washington, DC | The license is domain based. i.e. it is matched to the domain name of the website (be it http://www.mycompany.com or http://dev.intranet or http://10.4.2.123 etc.). It does not limit by IP, server or users, just the domain name. ------------------------- Ghost

cidnet since: Feb 11, 2008 from: Chicago | The website is not for the public. It is for the office users and access by support. When I go to "http://209.7.nnn.nnn" I do not see the "free version" disclaimer. When the office users use the control, they use "http://192.168.6.4/folder", they get the "free version" displaying. They want this removed as they paid for it. How do I remove it? Keith
