I have purchased a copy of the control for a static ip.  The configuration I have is a server behind a router.  The router is the static IP and the server has a local address.

The problem is my client is accessing it locally and wants to know why it stills says "Free Version"!

Can this thing be configured to run locally and 1 static IP?

The license is domain based. i.e. it is matched to the domain name of the website (be it http://www.mycompany.com or http://dev.intranet or http://10.4.2.123 etc.).  It does not limit by IP, server or users, just the domain name.

The website is not for the public.  It is for the office users and access by support.  When I go to "http://209.7.nnn.nnn" I do not see the "free version" disclaimer.  When the office users use the control, they use "http://192.168.6.4/folder", they get the "free version" displaying.  They want this removed as they paid for it.  How do I remove it?
