mfreeze![]() ![]() since: Apr 24, 2006 from: Clinton, NJ | I have a site with two SQL databases and want separate reporting for each database. I installed ASP Report wizard in a folder and configured it to connect to one of the databases. The reports all work fine from this folder. I then copied the dll, the index.asp and styles.css to a second folder so the reports from the second database would not be intermingled with the reports from the first one. The only thing I changed was the connect string for the database and the page titles. Both folders have the same permissions but when I try to build a report from the second folder, I receive the following messages. Errors Occured!! Error #-2147024891 Access is denied. Errors Occured!! Error #-2147024891 Access is denied. Errors Occured! Could not save report This is running on a Win/2003 system with SQL 2005 databases. Could it be that I need to change the application to point to the dll in the directory where it was installed?

mfreeze![]() ![]() since: Apr 24, 2006 from: Clinton, NJ | I fixed the problem. All I did was delete the reports.xml and retry the build report. It worked!
