We are trying again to get the report wizard to run under .NET.  We have created a .NET dll via tlbimp and added aspcompat="true" to the aspx page.

When we attempt to the wizard object we get:

Creating an instance of the COM component with CLSID {BDA1F6F5-FE3E-427B-9037-ADAD07D3A5DF} from the IClassFactory failed due to the following error: 800a000d.

on this line....... objWiz = new AspWebSolution.ReportWizard2()

I'm having the exact same problem.  I even downloaded the vb example, but get the same error with that as well.

Any luck finding a solution?

Any luck finding a solution to the above problem?

I'd really like to continue using the report wizard, but my new host won't allow me to install the asp version.  Do you have a working version of the .NET dll that I could try loading?

Thanks!

Jacien

We are working on the .NET 2.0 version. The v3.0 for ASP was put on hold because of limited support on COM object  from Microsoft
