fmbma since: May 23, 2005 from: Massachusetts | Is there a way to make a filter parameter optional? for example if I pass "employeeID" (an integer) in the querystring to the report it filters on the ID, but if employeeID is blank, it displays all employees?

ghost from: Washington, DC | This option is currently not available but I will see if something can be done about it. The work around will just be to create 2 of the same reports with one having the parameter and put them in tow separate groups. e.g. All Students and Student Info (requires StudentID) ------------------------- Ghost

fmbma since: May 23, 2005 from: Massachusetts | OK. The other option is to have a range - and have my calling program set beginning and ending values to the same if it is for one result, and 0 and very large for all results. thanks
