Is it possible to use an include to a central .css file, instead of using the .css file that is in the directory in which the report is located?  If so, how?

use the StyleSheet property of the report wizard. e.g.

    objWiz.StyleSheet = "MyStyles.css"
    objWiz.Init(Connection String)
