When I generate a report and then dump it to Excel I have a problem w/ sorting the report.  The report has a total line which totals the data in the report.  However, when I go to sort the data, the total line will be included in the resorted report.  I want the total line to be kept separate from the report and not jumbled in w/ the rest of the report.  Does anyone know how I can prevent the total line from being included in the sorting function?  Thanks.

I'm not sure what you mean. Can you give me a url link to the report or explain step by step how I can re-create this bug?

When I run a report I have the ability to take that report and dump it into an Excel spreadsheet or Word doc.  I click on the Excel link and the report is successfully downloaded to a spreadsheet.  When I try to do a data sort, the "totals" line in the report is included in the sort.  I want the "totals" line to be left untouched by the sort.  I hope my explanation is a little clearer

Are you trying to sort the report from Excel?
Can you send me a screen shot?
