Rename it reports.xml
Copy the following code into it:
<report_wizard version="2">
<groups>
<group id="" title =" General Reports " />
</groups>
<reports />
</report_wizard>
<groups>
<group id="" title =" General Reports " />
</groups>
<reports />
</report_wizard>
Save the file in the same folder location as your ASP file.
Run your asp file.
